The meat business has been in our family's history for 100 years,
starting in 1909 in Michigan by my great great grandfather, J.S.
Anderson. As a young immigrant from Denmark he ventured to America
and brought with him his passion for the meat industry. Since then
Anderson Packing Company has been passed down through many relatives
and name changes and is still owned and operated today as, "The
Meat Block", by Anderson family members Harvey and his son
Matt Anderson.
We want every customer to experience mouth watering and delicious
foods that are hard to find in the traditional venues.
